Re-Skims, Renovations, Re-Furbs
From a single wall or Artex ceiling to a whole property, a re-skim can help make an old property look new.
Existing surfaces are prepared, with a sealer/primer coat of P.V.A glue applied, and beading nailed around windows and to any external corners.
The entire area is then covered in 2 even skim coats. The plaster will then be trowled to a flat and smooth finish and usually ready to paint in approximately a week.
